Coaching & Training

One-to-one training in legacy administration or fundraising – tailored to fit the individual.

Legacy Administration

Legacy Link offers legacy administration coaching tailored to fit the needs of the individual, and at any level. This is particularly useful where a new Legacy Officer is coming in whom the charity needs to bring up to speed quickly or a department head who needs refreshing quickly on some of the finer points.

Training can be spread over one or more days, and often is undertaken with a week between each day to enable those trained to practice what they have learned.

First Class

Legacy Link’s Lucy Male is able to offer introductory training for new users of FirstClass, the well-known legacy management software, in use by some 60 charities. The training is usually one full day, and is supplemented by excellent notes and exercises for the trainee’s future reference, prepared by Clear Software, providers of FirstClass. Please contact Alison Parker at Clear Software on 01257 272730.

For those needing a refresher on FirstClass, the course can be adapted as required.

Charities installing FirstClass from new will be offered training and should liaise with Clear’s Gordon Cooke or Alison Parker, on 01257 272730.
